I wrote about jazz for the Boston Phoenix (where I was music and then arts editor) until it went out of business March 15, 2013. I now write regularly for The Boston Globe, The Arts Fuse, Jazziz, and DownBeat. (I also write about books as well as general pieces about arts and culture, including occasional op-eds for the Globe.)
