My interests in jazz are:

Love for the music and the musicians who make the music leads to a desire to help those who are in crisis, through medical issues, job loss, or other unmet need.

More about what I do:

I'm a lawyer, appointed by the courts as a Provisional Director and a Receiver. I founded the California Jazz Foundation in 2006 and have been and remain its President. CJF is a non-profit, tax exempt organization, with a 16 member board of directors, all of whom are active and engaged.
