My interests in jazz are:

Currently a lover of the West Coast Get Down (Kamasi, Cameron Graves, Miles Mosley) but have featured and love Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah recently, other current artists like Butcher Brown and Joel Ross and Jazzmeia Horn are faves- Zoh Amba ! and I love the greats from Miles, Coltrane, Dolphy, Coleman, Lionel Hampton.. Love Cab Calloway, Duke Ellington.. and lots of avant garde artists and many things in between.

I am a 3X Emmy winning TV music reporter , and tv producer and have interviewed and featured 1000's of artists and personalities on Extra TV, as well as CBS and NBC. Features have included numerous visits with Herbie Hancock, plus Wayne Shorter, Esperanza Spalding, Christian Scott, Miles Mosley,Kamasi Washington, Joel Ross, Nubya Garcia, Al Jarreau, Ornette Coleman, George Benson, and many more. I have a regular TV segment, online segments, and various audio podcasts also in the works. 2 Emmy awards, and Golden Mike award, and winner of 2022 Publcists Guilds Awards Press Award.
