My interests in jazz are:

Primarily mainstream, but I cover all performances, mainly in the Atlanta area, currently for EarRelevant.net,but also for ArtsATL and the AJC. I do a podcast with Kevin Bales called "Music Life and Times," ranked by Feedspot as the 48th "Best podcast on music" and 8th "best podcast on piano jazz."

I also am a singer-pianist heading up a jazz quartet, and have authored a novel, The Musician. I have co-authored a non-fiction book with jazz pianist Kevin Bales to be released November 8, 2026,for distribution by Simon & Schuster, titled "What You Learn Learning Music."
